  • AAC Secretary and Treasurer

    • Increased the budget by double through sponsorship for culinary scholarships.
  • Academy Connection Program

    • Created an E-newsletter under election term
    • Print for copies for those with out electronic 
  • Philadelphia ACF Student Team Coach and Manager

    • Since 2001 coached ACF sanctioned competition Events
  • ACF Scholarship Chair: 

    • Doubled the amount of money with in 2 presidential terms.
  • Business Manager for the USA Culinary Olympic Team

    • Organize sponsors to support the team 
  • National Apprentice Chair of the American Culinary Federation since 1997

    • Rewrote the national standards and had them approved by the National government.
    • Started different apprenticeship models, through sponsor programs such as; chapter, coproarate, school sponsors.
  • National Chair of The American Academy of Chefs since 2001

    • Initated or started a grants for students culinary teams to get to Regional and National competitions.
  • College Liasion: 

    • Serve on the advisory boards for the Center for Technical Studies, the Art Institute of Philadelphia, the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College and the Bucks County Community College Culinary Arts Program.
  • Volunteer Board Humanitarian: 

    • Salvation Army Advisory Board, the Culinary Committee, Star Chefs of Philadelphia March of Dimes, Culinary Chair for Home of the Sparrow, West Chester, PA, and State Representative and  for  the Chef and Child Foundation.
